CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

The general information of the exhibition

The First International Trade Fair «Fashion. Trends. Beauty» will take place during April 25-29, 2012 in the international exhibition center «Yekaterinburg-Expo».

The exhibition is supported by Government of Sverdlovsk Region. Fashion is one of the major elements of the national culture. It is the first occasion that will bring together on the same venue in Yekaterinburg such fashion industry operators as fashion houses, beauty parlors, special boutiques and shopping centers as well as service and goods suppliers to the markets of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region, Moscow and other locations of Russia.

The event is B2C format with elements of B2B format, so it aims as to professional visitors, as to customers.

Within the business program of «FASHION. TRENDS. BEAUTY», there will be training workshops, conferences and round table discussions involving major fashion business professionals from Moscow and Yekaterinburg as well as the key mass media.

The social program of «FASHION. TRENDS. BEAUTY» will include theme parties arranged by the project partners and catwalk shows by trendy designers in the exhibition hall. Yekaterinburg’s best clubs and restaurants will house events incorporated into the FASHION PARTY.

The cost and forms of participation in the exhibition

The Obligatory registration fee equals to 2000₱, including VAT*.

* The obligatory registration fee includes: cost of organization; cost of electric lighting, heating, cooling; cost of general guarding, check point costs; cost of cleaning and scavenge.

Exhibition space for individual build-up
Exhibition space inside the exhibition pavilion (no less than 9 sq.m.) is granted to the Exhibitor for use within total period of the exhibition (April 25-29, including the period of assembly/disassemble April 22-24, April 29-30) The exhibitor or third-party construction firm builds up this space independently.

The cost of 1 sq.m. of the exhibition space inside the exhibition pavilion works out 2700₱, including VAT and extra charges for visibility.

Equipped exhibition space (Octanorm system booths)
Exhibition stand (no less than 9 sq.m.) is granted to the Exhibitor for use within total period of the exhibition.

The cost of 1 sq.m. of equipped exhibition space works out 3500₱, including VAT and extra charges for visibility.
